How NOVA Improves Patient Safety
As shown in the explainer video above, NOVA has several patient safety applications. When NOVA is placed in a patient room, an observation technician monitors up to 12 patients remotely from a secure location in your hospital. When a patient needs immediate assistance, the observation technician alerts nurses to help in that patient room and can communicate to the patient that help is on the way.
There are many options for NOVA to be integrated within a healthcare facility: including mobile wireless observation carts, moveable wall mounts, and even Joint Commission compliant fixed solutions in patient rooms. NOVA is built with seamless EMR integration to keep patient data secured.
